Over the last two decades, ECI has prided itself on understanding its clients needs and providing services to meet those needs. From this belief, ECI expanded their service scope to provide 24-hour emergency response services.

ECI has a hazardous materials response team of approximately 70 employees specializing in a variety of trades, including heavy equipment operators, laborers, electricians, pipe fitters, engineers, geologist, and survey crews. All team members have had OSHA 1910.120 hazardous site worker training and participate in on-going company wide safety training programs.

ECI is able to mobilize a complete range of heavy earth-moving equipment, containment systems, and heavy trucks to respond to hazardous emergencies. In addition, ECI has three completely furnished response trailers to provide support, control, command and decontamination facilities.
